Information You Provide
Search Terms
When a name, county, state, or other search detail is entered into a search tool, that query may be sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Quay County Inmate Population does not store those search terms in its own records.
Messages
If you send an email or contact message, the information in that message may be kept long enough to read it, respond, and maintain basic correspondence records. It is not shared outside the organization unless a valid legal requirement applies.

- To route search requests to the correct partner service.
- To understand which Quay County jail and records pages are useful.

- To display advertising that may be based on general interests or prior browsing activity.
Outside Websites
This site links to county jail contacts, sheriff pages, New Mexico court resources, NMCD offender search, federal locators, ICE resources, VINELink, and third-party search providers. Once you leave this site, the privacy notice and data rules of the destination site control your visit.
Advertising partners may use their own systems to measure views, clicks, and interests across different websites. That tracking is handled on those partners' platforms, not as an official Quay County record function.
